This pissed a lot of people off as they realized this was a deceptive naming given that the "All Plug-ins Bundle" had been the collection of all VSTs that IL used to sell. When ImageLine introduced I think it was FL Studio 20, they sold an "All Plug-ins Edition" which contained all the stuff that only works in FL Studio. In February I suggested to someone who makes NKS support for third party libs (Freelance Soundlabs) to also support Harmor, and he told me "I can't find a way to buy this." After some research I found the same thing as you did, and I was quite pissed off. I love it, it does have some amazing presets that really showcase what it can do.
